As Head Manager of Marketing & Communications at the Kosovo Basketball Federation, I was responsible for leading the federation's communication, media, and digital engagement activities across national team and domestic competition operations.
My role focused on developing and executing marketing and communication strategies, managing digital platforms, coordinating media relations, and increasing the visibility of basketball throughout Kosovo. I worked closely with local and international stakeholders, including FIBA and FIBA Europe, ensuring professional communication standards and strong international representation.
Key responsibilities included content planning, social media management, live event coverage, photography, video production, media accreditation, sponsorship visibility, and public relations activities. I also contributed to the promotion of national team campaigns, youth basketball initiatives, international competitions, and federation events.
Through strategic storytelling, digital content creation, and audience engagement initiatives, I helped strengthen the federation's online presence, increase fan interaction, and support the continued growth of basketball as one of Kosovo's leading sports.
Working with the Kosovo National Basketball Team provided the opportunity to contribute to the communication, promotion, and visibility of one of the country's most important sporting assets. My involvement focused on media operations, digital content creation, photography, fan engagement, and storytelling around the national team's journey in international competitions.
I covered national team activities throughout FIBA competitions, training camps, qualification campaigns, and official events, creating content that connected players and supporters while strengthening the team's public image. 
Through photography, video production, social media management, and media coordination, I helped showcase the passion, identity, and ambition of Kosovo basketball on both national and international stages.
This experience allowed me to work closely with athletes, coaches, federation officials, media representatives, and international basketball stakeholders, gaining valuable insight into elite sport operations and international competition environments. It reinforced my passion for sports communications and demonstrated the power of storytelling in building stronger connections between national teams and their supporters.
